The Serpens-Aquila Rift stands in the center of the view: a group of dark interstellar clouds in the constellations Aquila , Serpens Cauda , and eastern Ophiuchus . The constellations Sagitta , Delphinus , and Scutum are also included in the star field, as well as portions Sagittarius and Capricornus constellations. The bright star in the center is Altair , while the planet Jupiter shines on the lower left. |
